“You can eat 'unlimited' no. of dishes as part of this omakase. It's about ¥40-50k per person, but it's really unlimited in the sense the chef will keep feeding u sushi until u say you are full. I had 40 rounds in total and couldnt eat anymore. I've heard of people going up to 60 rounds and they don't really charge you extra (most of the time, double-check with them if you reach ridiculous amts). The sushi is really high quality and they explain every dish in detail, even showing you which part of the fish (using some booklet with illustrations) they are serving . Seatings are really limited is just one bar counter and it has iirc about 8 seats max, so book in advance using your hotel concierge! They have an english speaking staff (some finnish dude who trained there for many years), but all other staff are japanese.”
